Nice Location with an Amazing Private Beach
The location was awesome. You could hear the ocean from your room. They have a small beautiful private beach. La Conchita shares their beach with Azulik. Basically, you are getting Azulik's view at a lower price. The Sfer IK museum is just next door. They also have some nice restaurants in that area. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The room was spacious. There was a second bed which was very useful. Contrary to what I read in some TripAdvisor reviews, they did have air conditioner in the room. Overall, a fantastic experience at an amazing location.
The light fixtures could be better, it was difficult to see in some places of the room. The toilet could also use a bit more space.

Exceptional
The villas are on the beach and the beach is beautiful. The villa was rustic and beautiful. The rooms were simple and relaxing. The covered deck wrapped around the villas giving us great views. The unit we stayed in had two rooms with a bed in each. The photos are hard to interpret.
Everything in the Hotel Zone is overpriced, way overpriced.
